Instructions
Turn on Wii console and television. Insert the game disc for Wii Fit. Turn on two Wii remotes. Choose the Start button on the main Wii menu. From the Wii Fit plaza, point the Wii remote at the Mii (animated person.) You can skip the BMI test and go straight to Training. Select Training.
Answer the questions posed by the Wii regarding weight. You can skip the Body Test and continue on to Training.
Choose Aerobics under the Training menu. Choose "2-P" (for 2-Person) run from Aerobics menu. Select your distance and press start.
