How to Let a Second Player on the Wii Fit Running

Sometimes the best motivation when running is to have a friend join you. You do not need an outdoor course or track to have friends join you and your fitness routine. When working out with your Wii Fit, there is a two-player run option. By adding a second player, a friend or family member can help you break a sweat, get in shape, and have some fun.

  • Wii Console connected to television
  • 2 Wii remotes synced to your Wii console

Instructions

      Turn on Wii console and television. Insert the game disc for Wii Fit. Turn on two Wii remotes. Choose the Start button on the main Wii menu. From the Wii Fit plaza, point the Wii remote at the Mii (animated person.) You can skip the BMI test and go straight to Training. Select Training.

      Answer the questions posed by the Wii regarding weight. You can skip the Body Test and continue on to Training.

      Choose Aerobics under the Training menu. Choose "2-P" (for 2-Person) run from Aerobics menu. Select your distance and press start.
