How to Make a Backup Copy of Wii Fit

Wii Fit is a game that keeps you active and can even help keep you physically fit and healthy. Wii Fit has strength training exercises and action games such as step aerobics, Hula Hoop and even ski jumping. To prevent losing your copy of Wii Fit if you happen to damage it, you can burn yourself a backup copy to keep. The backup copy will work and play just as well as the original. You can even print out your own Wii Fit disc labels.
