Wii Development Tools

The Wii is a gaming console manufactured by Nintendo, and it was originally released in 2006. - The devkitPPC tool is a GNU operating system (OS) application. The GNU is a free, Unix-like OS, and this tool includes a compiler for C++ programs. A compiler is a program that converts source code written in one programming language into a different programming language. This tool also allows you to debug programs, which involves searching for errors within a software program so that you can fix them. Other features of this tool include a library for embedded systems, which are designed to do one or a few tasks. The devkitPPC is compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. Libwiigui
- This tool is offered under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which means that you can use and share this program without paying a licensing fee. The libwiigui helps you create graphical user interfaces (GUIs), allowing you to interact with your computer system using radio buttons, checkboxes and wizards as opposed to writing codes or programs. You can add images, text and drawings to your GUIs, and you can edit any of your GUIs based on your needs, including expanding them to suit your needs. Other features of this tool include that you can position objects any way that you need them to be. This tool is compatible with hot spots, or areas where you can get wireless Internet via a router.
