Instructions
Place both of your feet evenly onto the Wii Fit balance board so that the distance between your toes and heels is equal.
Bend your knees slightly and lean your torso forward over your knees. Hold your arms behind you and parallel to the floor.
Locate the blue circle target on the top of the screen. The red dot on the screen moves according to how balanced you are. Throughout the jump, try to keep the red circle within the blue target circle for as long as possible.
Lift your torso and stand straight up once you approach the launch area for the ski jump. With repetition, you will be able to hold your balance through the run and time the jump perfectly.
