College Sports Games for Wii

The Nintendo Wii features a number of sports titles for play on the home video game console. Although not many college games have been released specifically for Wii, the console will play Nintendo GameCube games from the previous generations of consoles for which more college sports titles are available.
  1. NCAA Football '09 All-Play

    • Electronic Arts created this title for the Nintendo Wii with families in mind. Users can choose to play the advanced feature that allows them to control all gameplay aspects or family play, which is perfect for small children. This method of play allows the user to control key actions such as passing, kicking and snapping with the Wii remote while allowing the computer's artificial intelligence to control the player movement. This game features all of the Division I college football teams.

    NCAA Football 2005

    • This title, also from Electronic Arts, features additions like user-controller celebrations. Press different buttons to perform unique moves. The game has a home field advantage feature that gives home teams the advantages you might find at a real stadium, such as crowd noise.

    NCAA College Basketball 2K3

    • Play as any Division I team and work your way to the Final Four in New Orleans. NCAA College Basketball 2K3 allows players to begin at the annual first practice of Midnight Madness to tweak their teams and prepare for the long season ahead. The game includes features such as raucous student sections and spirited cheerleaders and bands to bring you as close to the real thing as possible in your living room. In legacy mode you can take any Division I school and try to build a dynasty program over decades of season play.
