Electronic Arts created this title for the Nintendo Wii with families in mind. Users can choose to play the advanced feature that allows them to control all gameplay aspects or family play, which is perfect for small children. This method of play allows the user to control key actions such as passing, kicking and snapping with the Wii remote while allowing the computer's artificial intelligence to control the player movement. This game features all of the Division I college football teams.

NCAA College Basketball 2K3 allows players to begin at the annual first practice of Midnight Madness to tweak their teams and prepare for the long season ahead. In legacy mode you can take any Division I school and try to build a dynasty program over decades of season play.
