Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution
First released in Japan, "Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution" hit stores in the United States in October 2007. "Clash of Ninja Revolution" is similar to the line of "Naruto" games that were available on Nintendo̵7;s previous system, the GameCube, and it offers players both weak and strong attacks with which to combat opponents. A player̵7;s actions during a fight help to increase chakra level, which will in turn give the fighter more energy. "Clash of Ninja Revolution" features 20 different characters and can be played as an individual or in multiplayer mode. The first "Clash of Ninja Revolution" game for the Wii also allows players to practice their moves before actually playing via training mode.
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2
"Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" came out in October 2008 and features a different environment than any previous "Naruto" game. The game̵7;s story centers on a villain attempting to pit members of Hidden Leaf Village against one another to destroy it. "Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" lets players solve puzzles and interact with many new characters to keep this destruction from happening. "Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" frequently uses scenes to show the player what is happening and scrolling text for the dialogue between characters. In total, "Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" features 36 characters that gamers can choose from for game play.
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3
The first "Naruto" game on the Wii to offer players the option of online play was "Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3." This title features 40 "Naruto" characters and, in addition to online play, also includes a single-player mission and a two-person combat game. Tasks must be accomplished in the game to play as many of the "Naruto" characters. Each of these characters possesses a different group of fighting moves that have unique advantages and disadvantages.
