Instructions
Load Wii Sports from the Wii's main menu and choose bowling. Choose training.
Use the A button to move the red-dotted line. You want to line up the red dots slightly to the right of the head pin.
Hold down the B button and begin to swing your arm back. When you are the bottom of the swinging motion, twist your wrist to the right. You want the Wii controller to be at a right angle with your wrist.
Release the B button at the bottom of the swing to give the ball maximum force. If you release the button once your arm starts to move upwards again, you will have less power.
Start a real game, and watch the strikes add up.
