How to Record Wii Gameplay

Sometimes playing a video game makes for memorable experiences. Achieving an accomplishment like a high score or special move that was once thought impossible may be worth saving and showing off. Most video game consoles are not designed to record the game itself. There are ways to record games played on the Nintendo Wii to ensure those moments are not lost forever.

Dazzle Video Recorder
Computer
Audio/Video Cables
USB Cord

Instructions

Recording Wii games on TV

  Connect the Wii to the back of the television using the audio/video cables. The colors must match up correctly.

  Hook the outgoing audio and video cables to the Dazzle DVD recorder. Load the Dazzle program CD on your computer and follow the prompts to install.

  Purchase or use an existing USB cord to connect the Dazzle DVD Recorder to the computer. Turn all the machines on.

  Play the game and record it using the Dazzle program on the computer.
