Things You'll Need
Instructions
Visit the Stardock website and download and install Windows Blinds or Object Desktop (see Resources below). They're not free programs, but they offer the most extensive collection of skins, Wii or otherwise.
Restart your computer when prompted by the appropriate application. This enables the desktop altering properties to be enabled when you're ready to download and install Wii skins.
Head to WinCustomize.com to browse skins (see Resources below). From here you will find not just Wii skins, but also a huge variety of other skins available for each major Windows release (XP and Vista being the most prevalent).
Enter "Wii" in the search field along the menu bar at the top, and press Enter.
Browse the collection of available Wii skins. New ones appear fairly regularly, so if you don't find one that's exactly to your liking, you can always revisit Wincustomize.com for updates.
Click on the images of the Wii skins that pique your interest.
Click the "Download" button that appears in the preview page to download the skin file. You can either save the skins to your computer or you can choose to run them right away--this will instantly enable the skin and make it visible as soon as the download is complete.
