How to Beat Epic Mickey at the Land of Forgotten Characters

"Epic Mickey" is a game that gives players control over Mickey Mouse, and allows gamers to make moral decisions. Players travel through the Land of Forgotten Characters -- called the Wasteland -- and use a paintbrush to draw and erase various parts of the game. The story begins with Mickey Mouse playing with the sorcerer Yen Sid̵7;s workshop, where he accidentally spills paint on a model of Disneyland, creating the Shadow Blot, which he must eventually defeat.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel through all of the "Epic Mickey" levels until you reach the Loss Tower. Ascend the spiral staircase on the tower, climbing around the outside. Paint the staircase arches, creating ledges. Arrive at the right-most ledge and double-jump to the tops of the ledges you painted.

  Enter the gated center and defeat the splatters and sweeper to open an opposite gate. Continue climbing up the tower. Paint platforms when necessary to climb them.

  Reach the top of the Loss Tower, where the Shadow Blot is located.

  Try to travel across the walkway to the exit and the Shadow Blot will knock it down. Cross back over the tower and the Blot will send you crashing through the tower to the bottom. Run along a crumbling hallway. Thin the wall to the left with thinner and jump through to an outside balcony. Paint the gears to the left of the chandelier. Jump across the chandeliers.

  The wall to the left crumbles. Jump to a thin hallway. Paint several ledges and jump quickly across them before tentacles from the blot break through the wall.

  Turn left. Jump on the chandelier to avoid the tentacles. Jump to the next chandelier and down to the crumbling hallway. Jump over the next two chandeliers, since they̵7;ll become unbalanced if you land on them. Head to the Fireworks Control Center, where you'll end up inside the beast.

  Once inside the beast, jump along the platforms in the thinner river. Reach the bloticles holding Mickey̵7;s heart. Jump down and pop the green pustules located throughout the area. Most of your time will be spent destroying these.

  Climb the platforms to the right of Oswald, popping green blisters along the way. Once they̵7;re all popped, the bloticle will sink away from Mickey̵7;s heart. Head to the heart chamber.

  Locate blisters throughout the area and spray them so that they retreat.
- 10
  Pop the last bloticle and release Mickey̵7;s heart from the Shadow Blot.
