How to Hook the Wii to a Toshiba TV

Connecting the Wii to a Toshiba television is no different than connecting it to any other brand of television. The Wii console uses basic RCA cable to connect to a television. It doesn't matter if the TV is HDTV, HDMI, or even 3D. RCA cables are the most basic way to connect any device to a TV. On different TVs, the RCA inputs will be located on the front, side or back panel of the TV. Once you find the location of the inputs, connecting to a Wii will be simple.

  Turn on your TV.

  Plug the Wii into the wall outlet.

  Connect the Wii AV cable to the AV multi-out connector on the back on the Wii machine.

  Connect the yellow, red and white RCA plugs to the corresponding yellow, red and white input connectors on the TV.

  Connect the sensor bar plug to the sensor bar connector on the back of the Wii machine. Place the sensor bar on top of or in front of the TV.

  Press the power button on the front of the Wii to turn it on.

  Click the TV/video button to set the TV to the appropriate input channel. You will see the Wii start-up screen.
