Instructions
Go inside the windmill on Horn Ranch and find the Green Bell pedestal located at the top of the stairs.
Go to the Fugue Forest Entrance located in Flute Fields. You won't be able to enter the forest yet since the gate is locked
Go back to Horn Ranch and talk to Hannah. She will ask you to go to Fugue Forest to find her husband.
Go back to the Fugue Forest entrance and talk to Hannah's husband, Cain. He tells you that a carpenter named Dale will give you the key to unlock the entrance to Fugue Forest.
Go to the carpenter's shop and talk to Dale to get the Fugue Forest key. Dale also will ask you to find his son, Luke, and tell him to return home.
Return to the Fugue Forest entrance and unlock the gate. Navigate your way through the forest and find the Hut of the Witch Princess. Enter the hut and talk to the pink frog sitting on the table. After talking to the frog you decide to go to the Wizard and ask where the Witch has gone.
Exit Fugue Forest and travel to Harmonica town to talk to the Wizard at his house. After talking to the Wizard the focus of the quest shifts from the Green Bell to the Blue Bell. In order to find and ring the Green Bell, you need to obtain a Hibiscus Flower. However, the Hibiscus Flower is only found on Toucan Island, which is only accessible after ringing the Blue Bell.
Go to the fishery and talk to Ozzie. He'll tell you that the boat can't leave until light is restored to the Lighthouse by ringing the Blue Bell.
Go to the Lighthouse and talk to Paolo. He'll tell you that the Blue Bell is located in the Watery Cave. Paolo then gives you the Blue Key, which will allow you to access the cave.
Begin the Blue Bell quest by traveling to Harmonica Town and unlocking the gate to the Watery Cave that is located near Choral Clinic.
