How to Enter the Clan Name for Wii Call of Duty: Black Ops

Clan names can help distinguish a group of players while playing "Call of Duty: Black Ops" for the Wii online. You can join an existing guild by contacting a guild member directly, or you can select your own clan name and build a community of players you can play with on a regular basis. Creating a clan name is not difficult, and can add another level of community to your online gaming experience.

  Decide what you want your clan name to be. If you have friends that you will be sharing the clan with, talk to them about the clan name and agree on a name. The clan will be abbreviated to two letters, so also think about what the abbreviation should be.

  Click on the "rename profile" button and enter your preferred clan name. The abbreviation will be in the square brackets. For example, if you want your clan name to be "First Clan" you would enter "FC" in the square brackets and "First" after the bracket.

  Check your user name. It should now have [FC] before your name. When others wish to join your clan, they will send you a request, which you can choose to approve or not.
