Insert the "NFL Training Camp" game into the Wii console and tun off the Wii with the power button on the console or Wii remote.
Insert the USB Bluetooth device into the port on the back of the Wii. Push it in until it cannot be pushed anymore.
Slide the kicking wireless motion tracking over your right leg. The logo should face forward and upward so if you look down it looks upside down. Pull it up to the middle of your thigh, tighten the strap and connect it to the Velcro.
Slide the heart rate monitor over your left arm. Face the logo toward yourself like a watch. Tight the strap just before your elbow.
Turn on the Wii. Press the connection buttons on each of the motion trackers to get a blue blinking light.
Use the Wii remote to select the "NFL Training Camp" game. When the game first loads, it will run a connection sequence for each wireless connection. Follow the on-screen directions and press OK to activate each controller.
