How to Defeat the Robots in Epic Mickey Ventureland

In "Epic Mickey," an action/adventure title for the Nintendo Wii, players must defeat a series of pirate robots in the "Ventureland" level of the game. For most players, defeating these robots can be challenging. While in some levels it is okay to simply run around and avoid the robots, in the "Ventureland" quest, you must defeat them before moving on. Thankfully for those inexperience players, killing the pirate robots is straightforward with the use of a basic tactic.

Instructions

- 1
  Run up to the pirate robots and press and hold the "Z" button on your Wii remote to spray them with your "thinner." Use the analog stick to aim your spray at them and continue spraying until their outer shells are removed.

  Back away from the robots as they use their spin attack. You'll know that the attack is over when a green gem appears on the stomach of each.

  Quickly run up to the robots and shake the Wii remote to perform a spin attack on the exposed green gems. After you have attacked the gems, back away and wait for the robots to perform their spin attacks again. When they stop, spin-attack the green gems a second time. After you have attacked the green gems three times, the robots will be defeated.
