How to Mix Weapons in RE4 Wii Edition

Capcom's "Resident Evil 4" made a big splash when is was released for the Wii and other consoles in 2007. It earned a rating of 9.1 out of 10 from prestigious video game review sites like Gamespot and was chosen as a pick for "Editor's Choice." Dedicated players may have heard rumors about the ability to mix weapons in "RE4" Wii Edition. The game does not natively support the ability to mix weapons to give players supercharged versions of their normal guns. The only way to unlock the option is with a special game cheat software program called "Action Replay."

The image of your character in the right pane of the screen will stand with both arms fully extended if the process was successful.

    • 12

Highlight the "Exit" option and click "A" to return to the game. The mix of the weapons causes the originally selected weapon to fire ammunition with the same potency and rate of fire as the weapon you chose to mix it with. In this case, the Punisher would fire rounds as powerful as rockets.
