How to Use a Top Water Lure on Bass Pro Shops: The Strike on a Wii

"Bass Pro Shops: The Strike" is a fishing simulation game in which players can catch fish in a variety of locations by using the reels and lures of their choice. One of these lures, the Topwater Popper, is a favorite among fish, as long as its owner uses it correctly.

      Cast your lure by holding the "B" button and bringing the Wii controller up over your shoulder, then tilting the controller forward and releasing the "B" button.

      Move the lure in a zigzag formation by tilting the Wii controller towards you in a side-to-side motion.

      Yank the controller upwards once a fish bites your lure to set the hook. Press the "B" button to reel in the fish. If you find that the line tension is getting too tight, release the button for a moment until it loosens.
