Enter the main foyer of Zora's domain, the room with the large waterfall in the center.
Walk to the bottom of the fall and move to the west side or left side of the falls if your character is facing them.
Follow the path found here until you find a few boxes.
Climb the boxes by running your character toward them and you will see the male dragonfly flying around.
Jump off the boxes toward the dragonfly to catch it.
