How to Beat the SSBB Maze Map

In "Super Smash Bros. Brawl," the Great Maze is the final stage in Subspace Emissary adventure mode. This maze, which the game's main antagonist constructed, borrows elements from previous stages in the single-player mode, including the Ruins, Research Facility and Skyworld. Even after you find the maze's exit, the adventure isn't over. To complete this stage, you must defeat more than 30 dark clones of each of the game's playable characters and have rematches with the game's group of bosses.

Instructions

- 1
  Explore the maze, moving in any direction you want. As you explore, a map of the maze will develop. You can access this map at any time through the Pause menu.

  Travel to every location on the map that features a monster marking. The markings reveal the location of doors surrounded by black smoke. After entering these doors, you will battle a foe.

  Defeat each dark clone and boss throughout the maze.

  Travel to the Jungle area where you battled the dark clone of Donkey Kong.

  Enter the red door of the residence of Tabuu, the game's final boss.

  Push "Up" to enter the giant purple door in the background of this area. This door won't open unless you have defeated the major opponents. Figurines of characters that you have not defeated will appear in front of the purple door.

  Select a team of characters to battle Tabuu. Tabuu will spend most of the battle in the air, so select characters that have useful aerial attacks.

  Defeat Tabuu. He has a wide variety of attacks, so you may have to battle him several times before you memorize his moves and develop counter-strategies.
