How to Turn Off Hand Markers in Disney Grooves

Disney Grooves is a video game designed for the Nintendo Wii platform. The game uses the interactive nature of the Nintendo Wii and a dance mat controller. When prompted on the screen, players step on arrows featured on the mat. Players also use the Wii handheld controller to make hand movements that earn extra points. Unfortunately, the handheld controller does not register as well as the dance mat controller and players may lose points if their hand gestures are not picked up or interpreted incorrectly by the game. Fortunately, there is a way to disable this aspect of the game.

     Insert game into the Nintendo Wii console and wait for the "Select Mode" screen to load.

     Using your Wii controller, select "Options" from the selection tabs provided on the right side of the screen.

     Choose "Turn Off Hand Markers."
