Video game review website GameSpot praised "WWE All Stars" for its varied roster but criticized it for "finicky reversal timing" and "weak sound effects."
WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008
"WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008" was the first game in the "Smackdown Vs. Raw" series to be released for the Nintendo Wii. It was also the first game in the series to incorporate wrestlers from WWE'S ECW brand and players can fight as ECW stars such as Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman and Sabu. The Wii version of "WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008" is the only version of the game to feature chairs as a usable weapon, and players can also use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to perform wrestlers' taunts, such as the DX Crotch Chop.
WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2009
"WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009" was released for the Wii in November 2008. It was the first WWE game on the Nintendo Wii to include the steel cage and ladder match modes of play, and also introduced an enhanced tag team system, including illegal tags and so-called "hot tags," which turn the momentum of a match. It's also the first WWE Wii game to include online play. Players may strike poses with their Wii Remote and Nunchuk to give their characters added momentum.

"WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2011" is a wrestling game published by THQ and released for the Nintendo Wii in 2010. The game's main change from previous releases in the series is a new physics system that allows weapons and scenery to be destroyed in a more realistic manner, with tables breaking in different ways depending on the impact brought upon them. The game also introduces a never-ending career mode called "WWE Universe." The game may be controlled via the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, the Wii Classic controller or the GameCube controller.
