Wii Game Instructions for Wario Land Shake It

"Wario Land: Shake It!" was released for the Nintendo Wii in 2008. Players take on the role of Wario, a greedy character who only cares about wealth. The game is played entirely with the Wii Remote turned sideways -- the Wii Nunchuk is not required or used. If you have lost or misplaced your manual, you may be confused by some of the moves as some moves use motion controls and not button presses.

Instructions

  Press left or right on the Control Pad to move to the left or right. Press down on the control pad to have Wario duck.

  Press the "1" button for Wario's Dash Attack. This attack allows him to break blocks, defeat enemies and move quicker.

  Press the "2" button to jump. Wario can also jump on the heads of enemies to stun them and pick them up by walking into them.

  Press and hold "1" while holding an enemy to throw him. While holding "1," a targeting arrow will appear on-screen. Tilt the Wii Remote in the direction you wish to throw the enemy and release the "1" button to throw him.

  Shake the Wii Remote up and down while holding an enemy to receive items such as coins and health power-ups.

  Press "Down" while jumping to perform a ground pound. This move can be used to defeat stronger enemies or break blocks that are directly under Wario.

  Press the "+" button to pause the game at any time.

  Navigate each stage to reach the treasure. When the treasure is found, a timer starts. Make it back to where you started the stage from before the timer reaches zero to complete the level.

  Use the coins and treasure you find to unlock new levels from the shop.
