Resident Evil 4 on the Wii: How to Keep Items After Completing the Game
In "Resident Evil 4," you can start a new game with all of your items saved over from your previously completed game. This includes all of your treasure, money, inventory items and weapons. To do this, you must save your completed game and then load it from the main menu screen. When you load the completed saved game file, you will start from the beginning of the story with everything that you had when you completed the game.

Save the game when you complete it, after the credits have finished.

Go to the main menu screen and select "Load Game."
