Playing Instructions for the Wii Fit

At-home fitness junkies have been using personal training videos to help lose weight for years. Wii Fit, a video game, ups the ante by introducing the Balance Board into the workout fold. This device, along with Wii Fit's on-screen instructions, helps the game register your movements, such as yoga poses or push-ups, to determine if you are performing the action. This helps the game count your calories and track progress by measuring your body mass index regularly. Play Wii Fit regularly to see serious results.
