The Nintendo Wii has a unique controller called the Wiimote. It functions not only as a way to play games with buttons and a directional pad, like most controllers, but it also captures movement. Several games for the Wii utilize the motion aspect of the game play in sword games involving katanas, like "Samurai Warrior: Katana." However, the only Wii game with katanas that allows the color of the katana to change is "Wii Sports Resort," and even then the color choice is limited to red or blue.

Turn on your Wii, and place "Wii Sports Resort" into the console.

Press "A" first to be the first player. If you are the first player, your katana will automatically be blue.
