Instructions
Start the "Free run" exercise under "Aerobic" exercises. The free run allows you to run as long as you want, and running is one of the most efficient calorie-burning exercises for the Wii Fit because of the constant movement.
Play the "Hula Hoop" game under "Aerobic" exercises. Like the "Free run" exercises, the hula hoop game puts your body in constant motion, using your hips to keep the hoop moving.
Test out your boxing skills in "Rhythmic Boxing" in "Aerobic" exercises. "Rhythmic Boxing" works out all parts of your body by requiring you to move your legs and upper body during the exercise. You'll use the Wii remote and nunchuck to throw punches. Throw punches as quick as you can to work up a sweat and burn even more calories.
Play "Soccer Heading" under "Balance" exercises. You'll have to move your entire body to try to hit 80 soccer balls with your head. The exercise is intense because you're constantly moving from left to right to hit the soccer balls.
Add resistance to each exercise you try. Although the "Wii Fit" workouts will help you burn calories, adding resistance to each exercise will burn even more. For example, attach wrist weights while running or boxing, or put on heavy clothes while hula hooping.
