Navigate to the Wii Brew website (see References) and click on "Download" to save Gecko OS to your computer. Afterwards, click on the Code Downloader "Download" link to download the Code Downloader program to your computer. Download one more file at the Wiicm "Download" link. Extract the files to a directory on your computer.
Copy the files to a directory on your formatted SD card named "Apps." Be sure to format your SD card as "FAT32." Create a directory named "CODES" on the root of the SD card. When you open the codes in Wiicm, the .gct files that Wiicm exports will be copied to this folder.
Insert the SD card into the Wii console and power it on.
Go to the Homebrew Channel on the Wii and load the channel by pressing "A." Browse for the "Code Downloader" program and press "A" on the channel to start it.
Choose the region of the game you are looking for codes for and press "A" to start the update. Code Downloader will download a list of games and associated codes that go with them.
Look for the game you would like codes for and press "A" to download the codes.
Open Wiicm and load the directory that contains your game codes by pressing "A" on the file folder.
Select which codes you would like loaded for the Wii game by pressing "A" on the corresponding boxes to select the codes.
Open Gecko OS and click on "Import .GCT File" by pressing "A" to load the codes you selected. Press "A" on "Play Game" to launch the corresponding Wii game in the Wii disc drive. You will now be able to play your Wii game with the modifications you chose.
