How to Beat the Leopard in Cabela's Big Game Hunter for Nintendo Wii

"Cabela's Big Game Hunter," released in November 2010, is an arcade-style shooter in which players hunt various forms of wildlife. While the gameplay is anything like real hunting, the graphics are realistic and players hunt across Canada, New Zealand and even Tanzania. Success implies hunting your mark and using the proper weapon to kill it. One of the more deadly foes you come across is the leapard. Its speed and ferocity make it quite a challenge to bring down and mount.

  Begin level 12. You must have finished Level 11 to have made 12 available.

  Track the leopards by following their prints. If you see their fecal matter along the way, you know you are going in the right direction.

  Stop when you notice notice two boulders in the distance. The leopards are just beyond this point.

  Equip the shotgun as your primary weapon. The leopards will close in quick, and this weapon deals double damage at close range.

  Head toward one of the boulders after the cut scene that shows the leopards stalking you. Stand on the edge and focus your fire on one of them. The boulder provides a good shot and hampers the effectiveness of the leopards' leap attacks.
