How to Transfer Wii Fit Information

"Wii Fit" is an exercise game for the Nintendo Wii console. It combines cardiovascular, yoga and strength training exercises into one package. Moreover, "Wii Fit" features a variety of interactive games as a means of entertainment while performing an exercise. As you progress in the game, all your data is periodically saved for future reference. You can continue your workout from another console should you ever acquire a new Wii system or use a friend's.
