How to Ad Hoc a Laptop to an Xbox 360

In addition to being able to play a multitude of state-of-the-art games, the Xbox 360 also has the ability to function as a multimedia player for full family entertainment. Though content can be moved directly onto the 360's drives, it is easier have the Xbox stream that content from your computer itself. To do this, create an ad hoc network for content sharing.

Things You'll Need

  • Wireless-enabled laptop
  • Xbox 360 wireless adapter (for older Xbox versions)
