Things You'll Need
Instructions
Solder the three 330 OHM resistors to the top left of the xenon motherboard located above the three capacitors in the six bronze holes. Solder is not needed since it is already on the board. For reference, the battery marked "Xbox 360" appears on the right-hand side.
Download the JTAG files to your computer. Install "port95nt.exe." Plug in the Xbox 360's power supply and the LPT cable into your console's USB port.
Download Nandpro to your computer. Open CMD and move the directory to the Nandpro folder. Type "nandpro lpt: -r16 nand.bin." After the transfer, type "nandpro lpt: -r16 nand2.bin" to enable a second file transfer.
Open "Degraded," included in the JTAG files. Under "settings," ensure the 1BL key reads "DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA" and the box is checked. Change the "file system start" to 39.
Open Nandpro and ensure the "CB version" reads one of the following:
Xenon: 888, 1902, 1903, 1920,1921, 8192
Zephyr: 4558, 4580
Falcon: 5761, 5766, 5770
Jasper: 6712, 6723
Jasper Arcade (256/512): 6723 or lower is Exploitable.
Move your motherboard's XBR (in the downloaded files) into Nandpro. Open CMD, go to the Nandpro folder, and type "nandpro nand.bin: -r16 kv.bin 1 1," "nandpro nand.bin: -r16 config.bin 3de 2,"nandpro xbr.bin: -w16 kv.bin 1 1" and "nandpro xbr.bin: -w16 config.bin 3de 2." Lastly, type "nandpro lpt: -w16 xbr.bin" to start flashing your console.
Turn on your Xbox 360 with the DVD drive open or a wired controller in the back USB. Look for the blue screen to read "CPU fuses." Look for "fuseset 3 and 5" or "fuseset 4 and 6" and combine the code into a 32 character CPU key. For instance, if fuseset 3 reads "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and fuseset 4 reads "yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy," then your CPU key will be "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy."
Cut off the end of a SATA cable from the HDD connector of the Xbox 360 and solder the connections under the HDD connector. Wire the white shielded cables which consist of the SATA Signals as such: SATA Signal GND to Pin 1; SATA Signal A+ to Pin 2; SATA Signal A- to Pin 3; SATA Signal GND to Pin 4; SATA Signal B+ to Pin 5; SATA Signal B- to Pin 6 and SATA Signal GND to Pin 7. Wire the ground wires anywhere on the HDD connector.
