How to Make a Character Look Like Flak on Fallout 3

The main character of "Fallout 3" is whomever you wish as the game allows players to customize their characters with an original name and a unique look. With these tools at your disposal, you can recreate any of the human characters from the game -- including Flak, the shop owner that runs Flak 'N Shrapnel's Weapon Shop in Rivet City. The character creation process only allows you to choose the physical features of your character, however, so to complete the look, you must also obtain and wear clothing that are similar to the outfit worn by Flak.

     Choose a white male character build when starting the character creation process at the beginning of a new game.

     Select dark brown hair as your hair color and choose the balding hairstyle. Select a long mustache to complete Flak's physical features.

     Play through the opening tutorial levels so that you can access the rest of the Wasteland. Follow the compass to reach Megaton.

   • 4

     Purchase the Merc Cruiser Outfit from Moira at Craterside Supply in Megaton. Put on the outfit to make your character look completely like Flak.
