Xbox Controller & Chrome Plate Instructions

The Xbox 360 supports wired and wireless controllers. After connecting a wired controller to a USB port, no further setup is required. Wireless controllers must be manually synchronized with the Xbox 360 before they will work. Unless a wireless controller has been used on a different Xbox, it only needs to be manually synchronized once. Faceplates are rectangular, aesthetic designs that change how the front of the Xbox look and can be changed anytime.
