How to Close a Barebones Lobby on Modern Warfare 2

One of the multiplayer game options in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" is "Barebones." With Barebones enabled for your multiplayer game, kill streak rewards are disabled for each player, which makes it a straight-up, evenly matched game throughout the match. If you're hosting a Barebones lobby in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" you can close it any time, regardless of how many players are in it.

Instructions

  Press the "Back" button on your controller or select the "Back" option from the Barebones lobby menu. A prompt will pop up asking you if you are sure you want to close the lobby.

  Select the "Yes" option in the prompt. You will now be returned to the Multiplayer menu of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."

  Choose your game option from the Multiplayer menu or select "Main Menu" to return to the game's main menu. Alternatively, press the center button on your controller and follow the prompts to close the game.
