Turn off the Xbox 360.
Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your Xbox 360's rear Ethernet plug-in. Connect the other end to your computer's Ethernet plug-in. The Ethernet plug-in resembles a larger phone jack and commonly lies on your computer tower's rear. Laptop owners may find the Ethernet port on the right, left or rear.
Turn on the Xbox 360 and PC, and connect the PC to your wireless Internet connection, if necessary.
Click "Start" on your computer, and click the "Search" field.
Copy "ncpa.cpl" into the Search field, and press "Enter." The "Network Connections" dialog box opens.
Hold the "Ctrl" key, and click "Wireless Network Connection" and "Local Area Connection" to select both icons.
Right-click one of the icons and click "Bridge Connections." A "Network Bridge" icon appears, after a few seconds.
Press the "Guide" button on your Xbox 360's controller, scroll to the "Settings" tab and choose "System Settings."
Choose "Network Settings."
Choose "Wired Network," then choose "Text Xbox Live Connection." Your console connects to Xbox Live through your PC's wireless Internet connection.
