  Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

  Press the "Guide" button located on the center of the controller.

  Move the cursor to the "Messages" option and press "A."

  Scroll to "Create New" and press "A."

  Select the gamertag from your "Friends" list or select "Enter Gamertag."

  Scroll to the "Add Text" option or "Record Voice" option and press "A."

  Type the code into the message window, or record the code in a voice message.
