How to Force Host on Modern Warfare 2 for the PS3

"Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" is an online first-person shooter that allows people to connect to other players through the Internet. You can use the "Private Match" feature to host a match. This forces you to be the host because you are inviting other players into your custom game environment. You don't have to be a game enthusiast to host these matches. You can do it yourself with just a few clicks of your controller.

Instructions

  Go to the main menu of the game and click on the "Multiplayer" icon.

  Wait for the multiplayer screen to load and click on the "Friends" icon from the menu.

  Click on the friends that you want to invite to your match and then click on the "Invite" icon.

  Click on the "Game Type" icon from the match menu and click on the kind of game that you want to play.

  Wait for your friends to join the game and click the "Start Game" icon to start playing.
