How to Fix the Generators in 'Call of Duty: Black Ops - Zombies Ascension'

"Ascension" is the first zombie map to be released as an add-on for "Call of Duty: Black Ops." Set in a Russian rocket-launch pad, players must fight against ever-increasing hordes of undead scientists. Like previous zombie maps, there is a special Easter egg in the map that is started by fixing a generator. To fix the generator, you will need a "Gersch Device," which this creates a black hole, in your weapon arsenal.

  Select the "Ascension" map from the "Zombies" menu of "Call of Duty: Black Ops" and begin playing the game as you normally would. Open the doors to new areas of the map until you find the mystery box.

  Purchase a weapon from the mystery box and wait for it to pop up. If the weapon is labeled "Gersch Device," press the indicated button to add it to your arsenal. If the Gersch Device doesn't pop up right away, repeat this step until it does. You can add any other weapons that pop up, too.

  Continue playing the game, opening doors as you go, until you reach the area of the map by the first lunar lander module. A power generator will be in view over the short wall of rubble by the boarded window. Throw one of your Gersch Devices toward the power generator. The power generator will now be fixed and your player will comment about it.
