How to Open Captain Dread's Chest in Fable II

"Fable II" is a role-playing game for the Xbox 360 that features a large, story-driven campaign that requires players to traverse all of Albion's locations. As you progress through the game, you will more than likely come into contact with several non-player characters who have a variety of side-quests that they would like you to complete. One of these quests -- Treasure Island of Doom! -- will have you traveling through an abundance of hidden locales as you search for Captain Dread's treasure.

Instructions

- 1
  Start the "Treasure Island of Doom!" side-quest by talking to "Salty Jack" in "The Leeper's Arms" bar, which is located in Bloodstone.

  Follow the gold path from "The Leeper's Arms" bar all the way to Captain Dread's bedroom. The path will guide you to the location, which will have you falling in a sinkhole, defeating pirates and running away from the ghost of Captain Dread. Simply following the path will take you to his private quarters though.

  Pick up Captain Dread's Key on the stool next to his bed. You can do this by walking up to the key and holding the "A" button.

  Walk up to the chest, which is located in the opposite corner of the room as Captain Dread's Key, and press and hold the "A" button. The chest will open and you will receive all of its contents.
