Instructions
Unplug the Xbox unit. Turn it on the right side and pull back on two raised fins to remove the cover of the hard drive.
Pull on the ribbon to remove the hard drive.
For each side of the Xbox, grasp the flathead screwdriver and push the screwdriver in between the plastic grates and the edge of the Xbox in order to release the clips that hold the plastic grate onto the Xbox.
Grasp the flathead screwdriver and push into one of the cutouts on the remaining plastic cover on each side. Gradually pry away with the screwdriver until that part of the plastic begins to release and repeat the process in each cutout until the entire plastic cover is released.
Grasp the torx 8 screwdriver and unscrew the screw holding the wireless card in place.
Gently pull the wireless card out of the Xbox.
Grasp the flathead screwdriver and wedge it between the chrome fastener and the Xbox. Pry the fastener apart until it releases.
Repeat step 9 for both sides of the Xbox in order to remove the two chrome covers.
Grasp the flathead screwdriver and pry apart the clips holding the Xbox case together. There are three clips on the back and eight on the front.
Remove the front faceplate but be careful to release the ribbon cable attaching the power button to the Xbox.
