How to Beat Parade in Castle Crashers

In The Behemoth's independent side-scrolling role-playing game "Castle Crashers," players use acquired skills and weapons to defeat a variety of enemy mobs and bosses. The Parade level requires players to ride a carriage across the zone, defending it from waves of enemy mobs and the Troll King, an enemy boss with a powerful laser attack. Players must rely heavily upon strategically aimed ranged attacks to successfully defend the caravan and defeat the troll king.

Instructions

  Stand on top of the carriage, near the right edge. Use your most powerful attack to knock approaching enemies off of the carriage before they reach you. After you have defeated several waves of enemies, the Troll King, a large black monster with glowing eyes, will appear behind the carriage.

  Use a ranged magic or bow attack to hit the Troll King from the top of the carriage. Aim your attacks at his eyes when they light up to interrupt his laser attacks. Move around the top of the carriage to avoid any incoming damage, and continue to hit the Troll King's eyes until you have defeated it.

  Ride the carriage to the end of the zone and enter the cave on the right to proceed to the next level. If you turn around and exit the cave after you have entered it, the animal orb "Meowburt" will appear on the road next to the cave entrance. Collect the animal orb and walk back into the cave to end the level.
