How to Earn Badges on Kinect Sports

A controller-free competitive sports game by Xbox 360, Kinect Sports awards its players with badges that represent accumulated points (and bragging status) in the game's events: beach volleyball, table tennis, track and field, soccer and bowling. In addition to a badge that all online players will view, Kinect Sports awards its high-point players with virtual avatar clothing, such as baseball caps, T-shirts and trophies that correspond with the point level accomplishment.

  Accumulate 10 points to earn the amateur badge. With this badge, your online gaming status will update to "in training" and your avatar will be given a Kinect Sports T-shirt.

  Earn 10 more points (20 total) for the professional badge, which updates your status to "turned pro." Your avatar will also be awarded with an "I heart Kinect Sports" T-shirt.

  Boost your points score to 30 for the champion badge, which comes with a "Kinect Sports Star" T-shirt and a "people's champion" status.

  Earn a total of 40 points to win the master class badge, which outfits your avatar with a Kinect Sports baseball cap and updates your status to "master class."

  Reach a minimum of 50 points to earn the legendary badge, a trophy for your avatar and a "sports star" status upgrade.
