How to Survive Call of Duty: Zombies

Choose a gun. Guns are posted on the walls of every combat area. Each gun will have a price listed beside it. You start out with a certain amount of money, and doors take money to open as well, so try to choose a gun that doesn't require your entire budget. To take the gun off the wall hold the "X" button on your controller. Ideally, you want a gun that can kill the most zombies with the fewest bullets because you only get a limited number. For example, shotguns are a good choice because one shot will equal one kill. A lower-caliber firearm will take many shots to create the same amount of damage.

Make money to purchase better weapons. To make money, kill zombies and repair damage zombies cause on their rampages. Repair damage by walking up to it and holding down the "X" button on your controller.

Use grenades on clusters of zombies by pushing the right and left bumpers of your controller. This will save you bullets and kill large amounts of zombies more rapidly. Make sure that the zombies are several yards away so you are not blown up as well.

Find an area that is easily defended. On each level you will need to find an area where you can easily defend yourself. The best area is the end of a hallway or stairwell since the only direction the zombies can attack from is the front.

Move to another area after each round, following the arrows provided in each room. This will keep you progressing through the game while avoiding overwhelming situations.
