Unlocking Silver Surfer Without Cheats

  Obtain every simulation disc in the game. Simulation discs are hidden in every level. If you miss a simulation disc, you can usually return to the level later to find it. The only simulation disc that you can accidentally miss is the Mysterio simulation disc in Murderworld. The disc is in a room on the left side of the third area. If you don't obtain it, you can't go back and get it, and you'll only be able to unlock the Silver Surfer with cheat codes.

  Access the simulation menu at your base to select and play the simulations. Each simulation has its own set of parameters for completion.

  Complete each simulation within the parameters necessary to obtain a "Bronze" rating or better. Check the simulation menu to find out which tasks must be completed to receive the "Bronze" rating.

  Select the Silver Surfer from the character selection screen after you obtain a "Bronze" rating or better in every simulation.

Unlocking Silver Surfer with Cheat Codes

  Open your game's character selection screen. These cheat codes are applicable for all of the home console versions of "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance."

  Press "Down," "Left," "Left," "Up," "Right," "Up," "Down" and "Left" in rapid succession to unlock the Silver Surfer without unlocking the rest of the characters.

  Press "Up," "Up," "Down," "Down," "Left," "Left," "Left" and "Start" quickly on your controller to unlock every playable character in the game, including the Silver Surfer. Press the "+" button instead of "Start" in the Wii version of the game.
