How to Go on Xbox Live on Viva Pinata

In "Viva Pinata," you want a rare pinata that normally would take hours to track down. But if one of your Xbox LIVE friends has the pinata you want, he can send it to you instantly via the in-game post office. Using the post office, you can trade almost anything including pinatas, garden items, plants and even hired helpers. It costs only one chocolate coin to buy a crate and ship an item to anyone on Xbox LIVE.

Xbox LIVE Gold membership
Gardener level at four or higher

Instructions

  Power on your Xbox 360. Press the "Guide" button, and scroll to "Profiles." Select your profile to sign in to Xbox LIVE.

  Load your "Viva Pinata" game. Press the "X" button, and select the post office. Purchase a crate for one coin.

  Press the "Y" button. You are taken to your garden. Highlight the item or pinata you want to ship, and press "A." One crate holds up to five of the same type of item. For instance, it is possible to ship five pinatas in one crate. If you want to ship a plant, you must buy another crate.

  Press "B" when you are done packing. Highlight the crate and press "X." Type a message to the recipient, if desired. Enter the amount of coins you want to send, if any.

  Select "Send" to choose a recipient from your Xbox LIVE friends list. The crate is sent to your friend's garden.

  Enter the post office if you receive an alert that a crate was delivered to you. Press "X" and place the crate anywhere in the garden. Press "A" to unpack the crate.
