How to Drag People to Work in Fable 3

In "Fable III," your weapons develop new powers over time as you perform specific actions, like killing certain enemies or earning the respect of a town's villagers. Some weapons are inherently evil, such as the Dragonbone Hammer or Mr. Stabby. To upgrade weapons like this, you need to drag villagers to work in the Bowerstone Industrial factory. As a bonus, the factory manager pays you a hefty fee each time you find him a new "volunteer."

Instructions

  Play through the game until you beat the final mission. When the game restarts, you receive the "Factory Volunteers" quest.

  Pause the game and open the world map. Select "Bowerstone Industrial" to fast travel there.

  Set "Factory Volunteers" as your active quest. Follow the gold trail into the factory. Once inside, the factory manager asks you to find him some employees.

  Leave the factory. Approach any person in the street. Press "Left Trigger" to grab the person's hand.

  Head back to the factory. As you approach, the person realizes what you are up to, and they try to get away. Keep walking until you are near the factory manager.

  Let go of the "Left Trigger" to release the person. The manager accepts the new employee and pays you a finder's fee. Continue dragging people to work in this way as many times as you want.
