How to Unlock Decks in Magic the Gathering on Xbox

Developed by Stainless Games, "Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers" is a downloadable title for the Xbox 360 based on the "Magic the Gathering" collectible card game. The game features eight pre-made decks to use. However, only two decks are available at the beginning of the game. These are the all-red deck "Hands of Flame" and the all-green deck "Teeth of the Predator." The six additional decks are unlocked over the course of the game when certain opponents are defeated.

Instructions

  Select "Campaign" from the "Duel of the Planeswalkers" main menu.

  Defeat Elspeth, your second opponent in the campaign, to unlock the all-white deck "Wings of Light."

  Defeat Jace, the fifth opponent during the campaign, to unlock his deck "Thoughts of Wind," an all-blue deck.

  Unlock the third deck "Eyes of Shadow," an all-black deck, by defeating Liliana, your tenth opponent.

  Unlock "Ears of the Elves," a combination black and green deck, by defeating Nissa, your twelfth opponent.

  Defeat Tezzeret, the fourteenth opponent during the campaign, to unlock the "Claws of Vengence" deck, a combination white, red and green deck.

  Unlock "Scales of Fury," a combination red, black and green deck, by defeating Tezzeret the second time you face him at the end of the campaign.
