Insert the Xbox memory card into the memory card reader, then plug the USB cable from the memory card reader into the USB port on your computer. A folder for the memory card will automatically appear on your desktop. Double-click the memory card folder to open it.
Download and open the Action Play software package folder onto your computer (see Resources). The software package folder will contain a Linux installer file.
Drag-and-drop the Linux installer file into the memory card folder, then remove the memory card from the reader and insert it into the memory card slot in the front of your Xbox. The process of removing the memory card from the reader will vary. Consult the instructions for your card reader to remove the memory card properly.
Press the "Power" button off and then again to restart your Xbox. Load one of your Linux installation-capable games (007 Agent Under Fire, Meccahsult or Splintercell) into the game slot of the Xbox. The game will automatically load.
Use the "Left/Right" and the "Up/down" arrow buttons on the Xbox remote to scroll through the default menu to the "Run Linux" option, then press the "X" button to select it.
Select the preferred language, then press the "X" button on your game controller to select it.
Select the "NK patcher .06" option when prompted on the next screen, then select "Unleashedx" option and press "X" to enter it, completing the process.
