How to Evict a Tenant in Fable 2

The Xbox 360 game "Fable II" takes place in the mythical world of Albion, where almost any home or business can be purchased, sold or rented. Houses range from tiny, run-down shacks to luxurious mansions. When you buy a house, you may choose to rent it out to a tenant. The tenant's rent money is paid directly to you every five minutes that you are playing the game. Sometimes, though, you need a home of your own, especially if you want to raise a family. It is possible to evict tenants from houses they are renting from you, allowing you to move in.

Instructions

  Walk up to the wooden sign posted in front of any house that you own. Press the "A" button.

  Look at the details that appear on the screen. If the house is currently occupied, you will see the amount of rent the tenants are paying, as well as an "Evict tenant" option.

  Highlight "Evict tenant" and press "A." The people living in the house are immediately removed. You can now use this house as a place to sleep, have a party or raise your family.

  Interact with the sign in front of the house if you decide to rent it out again. Set a rent price and select "Rent out" to instantly gain a new tenant.
