How to Get a Welcome Message in the COD 4 Lobby

"COD 4," also known as "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare," was made by Infinity Ward in 2007. The game's lobby is where you can virtually gather with other players to play the online version of the game. To get a welcome message in the "COD 4" lobby, all you need to do is log on. This is one of the most basic processes in the game.

      Make sure that your Xbox 360 is connected to the Internet by plugging your phone line or router cord into the back of the console.

      Turn on your Xbox 360 and insert the game.

      Select the "Multiplayer" option when the game menu appears by using the D-pad to highlight the option and by pressing the "A" button. A welcome message will pop up after the game takes you to the lobby.
